Product Disclaimer:
Due to the nature of print-on-demand products – each made to order specifically for you:
- Colors may appear slightly different from what is shown on your screen due to variations in monitor settings, printing processes, and fabric types
- Size charts are provided as a guide only - please review carefully before ordering as measurements may vary slightly between products
- Minor variations in print placement (within 1-2 cm) are considered normal and not defective
- Imperfections including sizing, positioning, and slight variations in artwork appearance that do not affect the overall quality or usability of the product are not considered defects
- All product photos, mockups, and images shown on the website are for illustrative purposes only. The final product may vary in appearance, including but not limited to color, positioning, and scale of designs. These variations are normal and expected in print-on-demand products
Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Custom or personalized orders (unless damaged)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items marked as final sale
- Sale items or gift cards

- Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with:
- Clear photos showing the damage or manufacturing defect
- For multiple items with the same issue, all affected items must be shown in one photo
- Your order number
- Do not send items back unless specifically instructed
Refunds and Reprints:
- Refunds or reprints are only issued for manufacturing defects or damaged items
- Shipping costs are not refunded
- Processing time varies depending on your payment provider
- All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Limitation of Liability:
