General Shipping Information (🇺🇸 USA + Most Countries):

As we offer custom-made products, each item is produced individually after you place your order. Items may ship from different locations, and this will be reflected at checkout.

Please note the following important information about our shipping process:

Production Process:

  • Each item is custom made to order after purchase
  • Production begins once your order is confirmed and payment is processed
  • Multiple items may ship from different locations and arrive separately

Shipping Details:

  • Shipping times vary based on destination country and local postal services
  • International orders may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, and additional fees
  • All customs fees, import duties, taxes, and related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Payment of these fees is necessary to receive your order
  • Delivery times can vary significantly between different regions

Important Notes:

  • Tracking information will be provided once your item ships from our production facility
  • During peak seasons (holidays, special events), processing times may be longer
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or postal service issues
  • International orders may be subject to customs delays beyond our control

Limitations and Disclaimers:

  • All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
  • We are not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from shipping delays
  • Our maximum liability for any lost or damaged shipment is limited to the original purchase price
  • We do not guarantee delivery by any specific date or time
  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these shipping terms and limitations
  • Refunds or replacements for delayed shipments are provided at our sole discretion
  • We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply to your order

All Shipping Addresses

  • Your shipping address must use Latin characters only
  • Address Line 1 is limited to 35 characters
  • Address Line 2 is limited to 30 characters
  • For international delivery, your phone number is required for smooth delivery

📦 International PO Boxes:

  • PO box delivery is only available for United States addresses
  • Products must fit within PO box dimensions (maximum size: 12" x 22.5")
  • Express Delivery is not available for PO box addresses
  • Required format:
    • First name: [must match name on box]
    • Last name: [must match name on box]
    • Address 1: PO Box [number]
    • Zip code: [your zip]

    • Country: United States

⚠️ Note: Deliveries to PO boxes may experience delays or issues even when address guidelines are followed. We recommend considering these potential delivery risks, as delivery guarantees are more limited compared to door delivery. We cannot offer compensation if address guidelines aren't followed or if tracking confirms successful delivery.

🇩🇪 Shipping to or within Germany:

Home Delivery Requirements:

  1. Your full name (first and last name, matching the name on the apartment building)
  2. Street address and house number
  3. Apartment number (if applicable)
  4. Floor number (optional)
  5. Zip code
  6. Country

⚠️ Note: If you fail to provide the required information in full (e.g., omitting your last name), the carrier may be unable to identify your apartment. This will result in the shipment being returned without further delivery attempts.

For business addresses, your business name must be clearly indicated on the doorbell. PO box addresses cannot be used for orders to or within Germany.

Requirements for Packstation/Paketfiliale/Paketshop deliveries:

  • You must activate your Deutsche Post/DHL account for both options
  • Your postal number must be entered in either "First name" or "Last name" line
  • Format example:
    • First name: John Smith
    • Last name: 1234567890 (postal number)
    • Address 1: Packstation 104
    • Zip code: 46282
    • City: Dorsten
    • Country: Germany

🇧🇷 Shipping to Brazil:

  • Your CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) tax number is required
  • Must be included in Address 2 line using format XXX.XXX.XXX-XX
  • Phone number required
  • The CPF must belong to you as the recipient

🇲🇽 Shipping to Mexico:

Required information:

  • Your full name
  • Your tax ID (RFC) or national ID number (CURP)
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number

⚠️ Note: If you're a non-resident, you may use your SSN, tax identification number, or passport number. Failure to provide this information may result in:

  • Customs clearance delays
  • Additional screening
  • Shipment destruction
  • Return to sender

🇨🇱 Shipping to Chile

  • Your RUN (Rol Único Nacional) or RUT (Rol Unico Tributario) tax number is required
  • Must be included in Address 2 line
  • Format: XX.XXX.XXX-Z (7 or 8 digits plus verification digit)
  • Phone number required
  • The tax number must belong to you as the recipient

🇰🇷 Shipping to South Korea

  • Your Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) is required
  • Must be included in Address 2 line where possible
  • Local orders within South Korea may not require PCCC
